Corporate Governance

WG Healthcare UK Ltd Board of Directors follow legislation set out within the Combined Code (2008). This code requires the Directors to review the effectiveness of the Company's internal processes. This is achieved via the accredited Quality Management System (ISO:13485/2003) that WG have in place. This system ensures review of all operational, compliance & risk management aspects of the WG business.

The WG systems and audit requirements are internally audited on an ongoing basis and are externally audited every six months by an independent accredited body.

The WG Corporate Governance system follows our core beliefs and values in being open, honest and transparent with the stakeholders with whom we interact. The regulatory demands put upon Healthcare Companies are embraced by WG as these ensure quality products for the end user - the patient.
