The BioBall® Adapter System allows the surgeon to manage unexpected surgical situations with a high degree of flexibility & precision.The innovative hip endoprosthetic modular head system is the only modular head system which helps the surgeon to intra-operationally correct femoral stem malpositioning to minimize the risk of dislocation . BioBall® System Benefits of the BioBall® System BioBall allows precise adjustment of neck length, anteversion, and offset of the well fixed femoral component. BioBall heads come in 28mm, 32mm & 36mm Vivium Stainless Steel & Biolox Delta Ceramic (manufactured by Ceramtec). BioBall Adapter System can give up to 21mm extra neck length. BioBall Adapter System has 7.5 degrees dial-able offset. BioBall Adapter System can be used on an existing stem to switch to or from a Ceramic head with the simple use of a single adapter so avoiding full femoral revision and any unwanted cross material contamination.
